Collect guest payments on your booking site
Optional. Turn on card payments and guests pay you directly on your own site — funds land in your Stripe account. Direct PMS charges a flat 2% per booking, on top of Stripe's standard payment-processing fees (Stripe's fees are billed by Stripe, ~2.9% + 30¢). Still a fraction of the 15–20% the OTAs take — and there's no charge on bookings you don't collect through us.
Bundle prices cover your first 50 properties; from 51 to 200 the per-property add-on applies to each property beyond 50. Managing more than 200? Talk to us. · Shown in CAD, converted from USD at today's rate. Billed in USD.
Questions people actually ask
- What does Direct PMS cost?
- Nothing for portfolios up to 2 properties, with no card and no trial clock. Above that, bundles start at $50 per month plus $1 per property per month, and the Complete plan is $75 per month plus $1.50 per property. All prices are billed in USD.
- Is there a free tier?
- Yes, and it is a real one rather than a trial. Up to 2 properties under management, all five modules, your own booking and sales site, and 0% commission on direct bookings. It does not expire.
- What is included in every plan?
- The core platform, the Caretaking module and the Interiors fit-out module are included free on every plan, including the free tier. The bundles differ in which revenue lines they add — short-term stays, long-term leasing, resales — not in whether you get the underlying registry.
- Do you charge commission on bookings?
- No. Direct bookings through your own site carry 0% commission. Card payments are processed by Stripe at roughly 2.9% + 30¢, which goes to Stripe rather than to us.
- What happens above 50 properties?
- Between 51 and 200 properties a per-property monthly fee applies on top of the bundle price — $1 per property on the Short-Term Rental and Realtor bundles, $1.50 on Complete. Past 200, pricing is arranged directly.
