Qualification period

The referred account has to be a real, active, paying customer for 90 straight days before the referral pays out — not just a signup.

The rules

· Open to anyone — customer, consultant, partner, or just someone who knows a property manager. You don't need to be a Direct PMS customer to refer.
· The referral has to be new to Direct PMS — an existing applicant or an org already in conversation with us doesn't qualify.
· $250 pays out once the referred org has been active and paying for 90 consecutive days, by the payment method you tell us when we confirm the referral.
· No paid search on Direct PMS or dpms.ca brand terms, and no posting the referral in forums, comment sections or as unsolicited outreach. Referrals that break this rule don't qualify and may be removed from the program.
· One payout per qualifying referral. We reserve the right to decline referrals that look automated, bulk, or abusive.
· Terms may change for future referrals; a referral already submitted is honoured under the terms live when it was sent.
